Fabulous Finds for Your RV via J5MM.com

1)  Kyocera Adjustable Mandoline Slicer with Handguard // I keep this in my Airstream kitchen.  It’s perfect for scalloped potatoes, thinly sliced apples for a quick tart or healthy beet chips.  Anything you need thinly sliced (and a lot of) this mandolin will do the job and do it fast.

2)  Canvas Bucket Tote // I can see this bag coming with me to the local farmer’s market full of fresh fruits and veggies, or slung around my back on a day hike or simply worn around new towns exploring away.  I love its simplicity and multiple pockets (three outside and three inside).

3)  One Log Fire // I’ll take one log fire to go please. Wait, make that two.  How cute are these??  Portable and the best part?  Super easy to light.  I can see a cast iron skillet on top of one cooking up some good ol’ bacon & eggs for breakfast.

4)  Pressure Cooker // A pressure cooker was one of the first things to live in my Airstream. As a matter of fact, my very first meal I ever cooked in my silver girl was lemon chicken. A whole chicken roasted in under 20 minutes. Since then I have whipped up in no time beef short ribs, pulled pork and super fluffy rice (rice is amazing in a pressure cooker, the little grains puff up under pressure and become so soft and pillowy). Delicious meals that take hours and hours to make are done in half the time. Perfect for RVing!

Hope you all are having a great week!

Thank you for being here,

xoxo

Monica

  1. You always find such helpful items for our motor home travels. Thank you. I especially like very much that blue bag. I’ve been needing a new bag with plenty of pockets and that one may be it. It looks durable and practical. Thank you Janele

  2. I’m liking those portable logs since I fail at getting campfire started HA HA
