A huge congratulations for the feature in Outside! We live in our Airstream part-time and I have found it relatively easy to still cook good meals. I just wish I had the 27′ instead of the 25′ for a little more countertop space (and someone to do the dishes for me). I love your recipes and ideas for trailer cooking. And, your blog inspired me to dress up our trailer so thank you for that, too.

I also agree about the, “someone to do the dishes for me.” At home hubby does the dishes after I cook but on the road, it’s a little different.
