1. I’ve been obsessing over this cute mountain pillow for far too long. I just need to bite the bullet and buy it. It’s too cute!
2. Neon mini bowls — perfect as little pinch pots for your RV kitchen counter. I just love them and their happy bright colors :)
3. This striped large laundry hamper has my heart. We keep the hamper in the Airstream shower but this one would be worthy of its own place, somewhere on the Airstream . . . maybe in the bedroom corner at the foot of the bed #thinkingoutloud
4. Reusable produce bags — these are just about the cutest and come in many different styles.

1 Opinel Kitchen Set // I was first introduced to Opinel when we stopped into Airstream of Spokane to have our first silver girl checked out to make sure she was road worthy for our ski trip to Rossland, BC. Karen, co-owner of Airstream of Spokane gave me an Opinel knife as a gift. She was so sweet and can I just say that if you are going to buy an Airstream — Airstream of Spokane is it. You can see their true genuine caring of their customers on their Facebook page and I just can’t sing their praises high enough. They CARE. Truly care. But back to these knives, they are good. Really really good!
2. Batiste Dry Shampoo // This is the best dry shampoo I have found to date. It smells Heavenly and works really well. I even use it after I wash my hair to add volume. Dry shampoo and road trips go hand in hand :)
3. Portable Fireplace & Grill // Someone once asked me during a twitter chat, what was important to me in a campsite. For me, a perfectly placed fire ring is very important. I know, it sounds silly but I can’t help it. I’m especially picky over this if we camp in a place where there is a pristine view. I want my view and perfectly placed campfire too. Is that too much to ask? If it is and we don’t score a campsite with this weird want of mine, maybe this portable fireplace will be the answer to my fire ring madness.
4. Folding Hammock // And wouldn’t it be nice to have a folding hammock, next to a perfectly placed fire ring in a perfect campsite? I would think so :) This one looks good and I love the color ❤

Back when I was a stay at home mom with B, I would carefully plan out our monthly menus. Every first Sunday of the new month I would seek out my recipe books looking for new culinary adventures I could introduce to B. Some recipes were a success and others, well, not so much. Last summer in Rolsyn, Washington I visited the farmer’s market quite often. Just a short walk from where my silver girl was camped, I felt very spoiled and so lucky to have it so close. From the farm fresh veggies to culinary artisanal delights such as a totally indulgent cheddar cheese spread and fresh baked baguettes, the market was Heaven on earth for any foodie for sure. In addition there was a darling waffle stand with the sweetest lady making waffles. I will never forget her summery pink dress, long silver hair braided into a bun on top of her head and her infectious smile that she gave me when my curious self went over to check things out. There was a small group of young children before me, watching with big eyes as she poured the batter into the waffle iron. Continue reading »
If you haven’t had the chance to visit Grayland Beach State Park along Washington’s coast, it is a trip that I highly recommend. There you are greeted with beautiful sites — some boast privacy, some are very spacious and all are within close proximity to trails that take you straight to the beach and ocean.
I had the honor to write about our recent trip to Grayland Beach State Park for GoRVing. There I shared our experiences of razor clamming for the first time along with catching Dungeness crab and enjoying starry nights.
